The CLM radiology clinic (Charles LeMoyne) was founded in Greenfield Park in 1973 by the team of radiologists from the Charles LeMoyne Hospital. At that time, we were the first radiology clinic on the South Shore of Montreal.
In 1976, the group of radiologists opened a second clinic in downtown St-Lambert. It had no less than 6 radiology rooms including a mammography center.

In 1988, the CLM radiology clinic moves to Greenfield Park in new offices near the Charles LeMoyne Hospital. Since then, it keeps growing.
	And so, in 1989, CLM Radiology inaugurates the first private ultrasound center in Montreal and in the Monteregie.

In 1999, CLM radiology decides to take the bend of the high technology and founded ResoScan Inc. with whom it associates. It then changed the name to become the Center of medical imaging ResoScan CLM.

In 2000, ResoScan CLM inaugurates the first service of imaging by Magnetic Resonance (MRI) in the Monteregie and the first service of bone density (Scan) done in a clinic in the region. ResoScan CLM becomes also one of the first centers to have a PACS system (Picture Archiving and Communication System) for the visualizing and the digital archiving of medical images.

	In 2004, ResoScan CLM is equipped with the first apparatus for digital radioscopy done in a clinic in the Monteregie.
Taking into account the great variety of ultrasound exams offered and the growing need, ResoScan CLM installs in 2005, a second digital ultrasound apparatus of high quality (Philips IU22).
In February 2005, ResoScan CLM inaugurates the first service for Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT) in Canada , coupled with the CT-scan with 16 detectors, and one of the first service for virtual coloscopy in Quebec.
	To respond to the need and keep up with technological advances, in January 2008 ResoScan CLM installs a second high quality MRI apparatus (Avanto from Siemens 1.5 Tesla).
June 2008, ResoScan CLM advances towards digital technology and obtains the most recent generation of digital graphy apparatus DR (Direct Radiology) (Aristos from Siemens) and a new complete digital system of filing and communication of images (PACS).

ResoScan CLM is the most important center for medical imaging in the Monteregie and one of the most important in Quebec.

ResoScan CLM offers all the exams of medical imaging under the same roof such as digital radiology exams, Mammography, Bone Densitometry, Ultrasound, Computerized Axial Tomography (scan), Virtual Coloscopy, Dental Imagery, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Positron Emission Tomography (PET/CT).

ResoScan CLM collaborates with many public and private organizations such as hospitals, the CSST, the SAAQ, the Canadian Army, many insurance companies and many companies in Quebec. We are also affiliated with the Charles LeMoyne Hospital, Center affiliated with the University of Sherbrooke, and ResoScan welcomes many of their medical residents within the framework of their training in medical imaging. We are partners in many medical research projects.

The Center for medical imaging ResoScan CLM executes 60 000 medical imaging exams annually. During the last 5 years, the high technology exams done by ResoScan have had a steady progress.
